Wordpress question

I've reluctantly agreed to help a friend with her Wordpress site. She was having problems with her off shore host and wanted to migrate the site. I have migrated the site to cheapdomains.com.au and now using a new domain name and it is working fine. I have a major problem with Google Checkout for the e-commerce plugin. I can add items to the cart, but when i click on the 'Checkout' link, it is linking back to the old site domain URL.

I have updated the site url in the back end under settings, so that has been updated.

I can't seem to find an option to change the site URL in Google Checkout. Would any of you know where I can look for this?

I thought I would try my luck here because I know that a few of you have used Wordpress before.
